Our Values

Experience, dedication and competence, from the picking to the processing of the olives, are all essential elements to be able to guarantee a high-quality product and for an olive oil that maintains its precious organoleptic properties, its fragrance, taste and intensity.

Our Territory

We believe that every olive tree has its own history and should be nurtured and looked after. This is why we are committed to improving plant growth using organic methods with a low environmental impact.

We want to guarantee the highest product standards to the consumer because we are convinced that safeguarding the local growing traditions is the key to offering a healthier product.

Clean Energy

Our commitment to the protection of the environment is constant throughout the supply chain. For this purpose, we exploit the biomass energy obtained from the olive pressing and milling processes and the pruning residues from the trees, transforming a waste product into an invaluable resource.

In 2005, the “biomass project” was launched and was immediately appreciated for its quality and innovation in the sector, to the extent that it was inaugurated by the minster of agriculture at the time, Paolo De Castro.
Our commitment to safeguarding the environment is constant along the entire production chain and is achieved both through actions that are aimed at recovering the environment and by promoting the use of alternative sources of energy. For this reason, in 2005 the “biomass project” was launched, with which the company decided to install a system for producing energy from biomass, obtained from the olive pressing and milling operations and from the pruning residues. The project also involved the introduction, in the production line, of a “separator”, which separates the kernel from the pulp, transforming this by-product into natural fuel. This allows the company to meet 98% of its gas energy requirement, while the remainder that is not used is sold, transforming a waste product into an invaluable resource. The “Biomass project” was immediately appreciated for its quality and innovation in the sector, to the extent that it was inaugurated by the minster of agriculture at the time, Paolo De Castro.

Pulp-kernel separation

The olive pomace obtained in the two or three-phase process can then be processed by a pulp-kernel separator, which makes it possible to recuperate the vegetable biomass to be used for the production of thermal energy, thus making the entire extraction cycle more efficient. The kernel has a very high calorific value and it in great demand as for use in multi-fuel boilers, creating an added value for the olive press, which no longer has to pay for the disposal of by-products.

Educational farm

We participate in the Regional Educational Farms project and carry out educational and informative activities for schools and consumers with the aim of rediscovering the value of agriculture, of devotion to the land and its products. Come and visit our oil press!

Organisation of Producers

Our cooperative has been acknowledged as one of the OP olive-growing areas of the Veneto region. This allows us to guarantee all our members ongoing technical assistance throughout the year, and to dedicate competent, specialised people in our business.
An OP (Organisation of producers) is an aggregation structure that has the aim of supplying products as a group and improving the marketing of its members’ products. Click here to visit the web site of the Veneto Region qui. Thanks to the above, numerous producers place their trust in us each year by bringing us olives from the moraine hills of the Garda area, contributing towards the excellence of extra-virgin olive oil OP. Our oil can be traced from the producer to the consumer.

Every bottle of OP has he same value of a hand-shake. Every bottle of OP is the guarantee of serious, skilled and honest work.
